The Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can take projects from concept to reality and understands how design directly impacts branding and marketing. You’ll work on a wide mix of projects, from social media graphics and ad campaigns to branding elements, pitch decks, and print materials. To succeed at Wander Creative, you need to be both creative and detail-oriented, able to adapt quickly, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-movingenvironment.

Responsibilities
- Design and produce social media content (posts, carousels, stories, reels, ads).
- Create digital marketing collateral, presentations, pitch decks, and campaign assets.
- Support branding projects, including logo design, brand identity systems, and style guides.
- Design print-ready collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and merchandise.
- Collaborate with our team and clients to create designs that support project goals and campaigns.
- Translate project briefs into visuals that are both creative and strategic.
- Organize and manage design files to keep projects accessible and efficient.
- Stay current on design trends and bring fresh, competitive ideas to the table.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally in the music industry, a creative or marketing agency, or a church/faith-based organization.
- Strong portfolio showing creativity and versatility across social, digital, and print.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Figma, motion graphics, or photography skills are a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
