We’re a small, fast-moving team looking for a creative Graphic Designer to help bring our brand vision to life across every channel.
We’re seeking a freelance Graphic Designer (NYC preferred) to work closely with our Social Media Manager on content creation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, loves experimenting with design trends, and wants to help shape a brand from the ground up.
- Design engaging social media graphics, carousels, and story assets for IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
- Create visuals for paid ads, email campaigns, and presentations
- Support in building and evolving Noble’s visual identity
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns
- Occasionally contribute to offline projects (wildposting, merch, event signage)
- Strong portfolio of digital design work (social-first design a big plus)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
- Motion graphics or basic video editing skills are a bonus
- Passion for bold, modern, clean design
- Ability to work fast, take feedback, and collaborate in real time
- NYC-based (preferred) but open to remote talent who can work on Eastern time
- $25–$50/hour depending on experience
- Flexible schedule (approx. 15–20 hrs/week to start)
