Role: Business Analyst

Job Type: Contract on W2

Requirements and Skills

• 3+ years’ experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
• A degree in IT / Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in eliciting and documenting requirements using a BRD, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
• Strong critical thinking, and process improvement skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
• Ability to work with various teams within an organization, including business and technical product owners, project managers, and developers.
• Knowledge in RBAC a plus.
• Knowledge of SDLC a plus.
