• Board certified or Board eligible- IM or FM
• MI license in hand
• MI DEA
• EMR- Athena
• PD:12-16 ; Adult population only
• Ideal candidate will be able to offer 3 days per week consistently- prefer Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but can be flexible
