- Patient Load: 12-16 patients per day
- Population: Adult only
- Schedule:
- 3 days/week required
- Preferred days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (flexible if needed)
- Support Staff:
- 1:1 MA per physician
- 1 Nurse Practitioner on-site
- In-House Services:
- Lab: Yes
- Radiology: No
- Procedure Rooms: 2 (minor procedures only)
- EMR: Athena Credentialing Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Michigan Medical License - Required
- Michigan DEA - Required
- ACLS & BLS (via AHA) - Required
