As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Securin, you will play a crucial role in bringing our offensive cybersecurity solution portfolio to market. You'll work closely with the product management, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that effectively position our products, generate demand, and accelerate revenue growth. This is a hybrid role, requiring a presence in the Bay Area 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging: Drive development of compelling, differentiated product messaging and positioning for new and existing products, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and clearly communicates our unique value proposition across all marketing and sales channels.
AI-driven Market Research: Rapidly analyze competitor data, identify emerging trends, and uncover key customer pain points, creating a continuously updated market intelligence repository.
Predictive Demand Generation: Collaborates with the demand gen marketing and sales teams to use predictive analytics to identify high-potential ideal customer profiles and personalize outreach, ensuring marketing efforts are focused on the most valuable opportunities.
Sales Enablement: Create impactful sales enablement content, including presentations, battlecards, and competitive analysis, to arm the sales team with the tools and knowledge needed to close deals.
Content Strategy: Contribute to the overall content strategy and execute on key content initiatives, including quarterly sector reports, thought leadership blogs, webinars, and social media presence.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in B2B product marketing and strategy, with a strong preference for candidates with cybersecurity and/or SaaS industry experience.
Proven success in developing and executing product marketing strategies that directly drive revenue growth.
Lead with AI first: Effective use of AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and output.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
