Business Object Designer and System Support
Hybrid / Alexandria, VA 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday Secret Clearance/T3 Interim Clearance US Citizenship Will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in reporting and data visualization tools to extract meaningful insights from our data sets. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of insights that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Utilize reporting tools such as SAP Business Objects and Cognos to create comprehensive reports for stakeholders. Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Data Visualization
Develop visually appealing and informative dashboards using Tableau, Power BI and Qlik Sense. Translate complex data sets into easily understandable visualizations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications
5+ years of Business Objects Universe, Row Level Security and account administration. 5 + years with developing and managing reporting tools, specifically, Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau, SQL and COGNOS. Proven experience in a Data Analyst or similar role. Strong proficiency in reporting tools such as SAP Business Objects and Cognos. Report creation to extract data from personnel systems. Transition/migrate said reports to designated platform. Strong proficiency in SQL. Strong proficiency and experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI & Tableau. Experience with ETL is a plus Qlik/Databricks is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Specialized knowledge of the data relation associated with processing Federal Personnel Actions as defined in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Guide for Processing Personnel Actions (GPPA).
