Our R&D engineers are tasked with designing and developing implant products for the Cardiac Rhythm Management Diagnostics (CRMDx) group. This includes technologies that monitor, support diagnosis and treat irregular heart rhythms, heart failure, and sudden cardiac arrest. CRMDx provides devices and therapies for a patient's entire continuum of care, from diagnostic to treatment. This division strives to innovate and create a paradigm shift that can solve unmet clinical needs and change what is possible for patients. Your responsibilities will include: Contributing to the development of a new ML/Ops pipeline for high-throughput deep learning algorithm development. Working closely with senior engineer-scientists on the development, validation, tuning, and deployment of a new clinical decision support deep learning algorithm. Using your problem-solving abilities to perform meaningful analyses and automate processes. Collaborating with a cross-functional team. Growing your skillset through a combination of training, hands-on experience, and mentorship. Getting exposure to what it is like working in a Fortune 500 medical device company. Expanding your network. Required Qualifications
Pursuing a graduate degree in Computer Science Former Boston Scientific intern or co-op Python experience in a work environment Comfortable working with a terminal in UNIX (Linux and/or Mac) Experienced using tools like Git, Docker, and CI/CD Preferred Qualifications
Experience with modern development tools and concepts: Git, Docker, CI/CD, Jira/Confluence, DVC, SonarQube, Bash, Amazon Web Services (S3, Lambda, ECR, ECS), Snowflake Excellent communication and collaboration skills
