As a
Community Relations Manager (Entry-Level) , youll be at the heart of our outreach efforts building relationships, supporting local causes, and increasing our visibility in the communities we serve. Youll help execute strategic programs and events that drive impact and foster trust at the local level. Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and implement community outreach initiatives
aligned with our mission and brand
Build and maintain relationships
with local nonprofits, community groups, and stakeholders
Organize and support in-person events , volunteer opportunities, and sponsorships
Represent the brand
at community events, public meetings, and outreach activities
Collaborate with internal teams
(marketing, PR, and sales) to align community efforts with business goals
Track and analyze outreach performance
using KPIs, feedback, and engagement data
Present reports and recommendations
on program outcomes and improvement opportunities
Qualifications
A genuine passion for
community work, social good , and building meaningful connections
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach
Education or interest in
public relations, nonprofit management, marketing
, or
community development
Experience in
event planning, volunteer coordination
, or
community outreach
is a plus (training provided)
