We are seeking a seasoned Data Warehouse leader to oversee an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) team and drive innovation in data technology. This role manages a team of 1216, delivering strategic initiatives, optimizing platform efficiency, and enabling advanced analytics capabilities. Youll collaborate across technology and business teams to align data strategies, architect scalable solutions, and deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of 1216, driving execution, transparency, and engagement. Execute EDW strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise and segment priorities. Translate architecture designs into physical data models that meet governance, performance, and business needs. Oversee data ingestion, platform efficiency, reporting, and analytics support. Partner with business and technology leaders to plan, prioritize, and deliver initiatives. Support incident resolution, operational improvements, and run metrics.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field. 10+ years in large-scale data warehousing engineering; 7+ years managing data teams. Expertise in enterprise data warehousing best practices and modern data architectures. Proven leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS, Snowflake, IBM DataStage, Python/PySpark, Erwin, and Tableau. Knowledge of data governance, data quality, BI, and advanced analytics.
