Campbell. It is 10 miles from Clarksville, TN, and less than 60 miles northwest of Nashville, TN. JOB SUMMARY

The Operations Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Gaming and Beverage departments, ensuring high guest service and compliance with laws and company policies. #OakGrove ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise gaming and beverage operations. Promote positive customer relations and create a friendly atmosphere. Ensure safety and security of staff and guests. Maintain good working relationships among staff and departments. Resolve issues creatively and effectively. Ensure compliance with state gaming regulations. Take responsibility for departmental performance, work flexible hours, and handle high-pressure deadlines. Develop staff through interviews, hiring, and evaluations. Train team members to deliver consistent, high-level service. Maintain accurate menus and update POS systems as needed. Manage staffing levels within budget. Oversee ordering and inventory management. Adhere to health department standards. Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Work on the floor 90% of the time with a hands-on approach to guest service. Maintain confidentiality and integrity. Foster professional relationships among personnel. Communicate effectively in speech and writing. Lead by example in customer service. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and nights. Manage scheduling, PTO, and record keeping. Uphold core values: Respect, Commitment, Guest Service. Be detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused. Be self-motivated and attentive to details. Know state gaming laws and regulations. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Must obtain and maintain a Kentucky gaming/racing license. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

Employees must frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk. Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 75 lbs may be required. Noise levels are moderate to loud. Circulating throughout the area, including smoking zones, is expected.
