Sr. Manager, Generative AI
to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI models and architectures that accelerate product design and development. This role will focus on creating generative AI solutionsranging from wireframe generation to photorealistic product renderings in real-world contextsaimed at reducing design cycles and enabling more innovative, efficient, and collaborative workflows. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in AI/ML technologies with a strong understanding of design processes, enabling the creation of tools that seamlessly integrate with our product teams workflows. What You Will Do: Business Unit Engagement & Collaboration
Engage with business leaders to identify opportunities for Generative AI to solve real-world problems. Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, translating business challenges into AI solution roadmaps. Identify and integrate the latest innovations into HNIs generative AI ecosystem. Strategic Leadership:
Define and drive the generative AI roadmap for product design and visualization. Partner with product design, R&D, and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI use cases. Technical Architecture & Model Development:
Design and implement generative AI architectures (e.g., diffusion models, GANs, transformer-based models) optimized for wireframe creation and realistic product rendering. Create detailed design plans for AI-powered solutions, including selecting the appropriate generative AI models, such as Large Language Models (LLMs), ensuring proper deployment and integration with existing infrastructure. Develop pipelines for multimodal inputs, including 2D sketches, CAD data, and textual design briefs. Ensure scalability, efficiency, and integration of AI tools into existing design platforms (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CAD systems). Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of AI models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Stay up to date with advancements in generative AI technologies, tools, and frameworks. Deployment & Integration:
Collaborate with software engineers to build APIs and interfaces that allow design teams to easily interact with AI-generated outputs. Ensure models perform efficiently in production environments, with emphasis on low latency and high visual fidelity. Continuously monitor the performance of generative AI applications and recommend optimizations. Quality, Ethics & Compliance:
Establish quality benchmarks for AI-generated outputs, ensuring alignment with design standards. Promote responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, explainability, and IP protection for generated content. Operate with a risk-aware mindset, anticipating and addressing potential challenges or unintended consequences of AI implementations. Team Leadership:
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding the adoption of generative AI tools and methodologies across the organization. Lead discussions with development teams to integrate generative AI models into enterprise applications. Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration. What You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field At least 10 years of experience in roles such as Software Engineer, or Development with a recent focus on designing and implementing AI solutions. Proven experience designing and delivering generative AI applications, leveraging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Foundation Models, or similar generative AI systems. Proven experience designing, building, and deploying Generative AI solutions in production environments. Experience working in product design, industrial design, or related fields is highly preferred. Expertise in Python, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React + TypeScript). Familiarity with relevant AI models and technologies such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Falcon, LLaMA, Cohere, and others. Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgresDB, MongoDB and Neo4J Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and cloud-native AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI). Proven experience implementing Generative AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, LLMs, RAG, and embedding-based retrieval. What You're Good At:
Strong understanding of software development principles and hands-on experience working closely with developers to build AI-powered applications. Ability to design scalable generative AI applications, ensuring seamless integration into business workflows. Ability to consult with and influence stakeholders at various levels, explaining the benefits and challenges of generative AI solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
