to support our Navy customer from a

location. Security Clearance: Applicants must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance. Position/Job Description: General Tasking Description: Supervises software engineers in the research, design, and development of computer software systems in conjunction with hardware product development. Consults with managers or other personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, suggest changes, and determine extent of programming and coding required. Assign duties and reviews work of software engineers. Responsible for analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program development or execution and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Work with the client and Offerors to determine how Navy Combatants products can interface with other systems, and for prototyping solutions and/or coordinating requirements. Responsible for troubleshooting and supporting urgent fixes for technical, test, user-interface and data import issues. Provide hands-on training for new employees. Experience Requirements: 15 years of professional experience in software development for DoD/ DON programs. Experience working with DON systems on cyber penetration testing, red/blue team assessments, Test & Evaluation, and incident response/remediation. Experience as a team lead on program supporting Trusted Virtual Environment Information Assurance (TVEIA) Educational & CertificationRequirements: A bachelors degree in engineering or related field is required.
