Lost and Found Supervisor in SEA Airport Tracking Code SEAL&FSUP15July2024 " ONE STEP CLOSER TO YOUR NEW CAREER STARTS HERE" The department’s functions will include but are not limited to: Assist walk-in customers during business hours Maintain and update the Lost and Found system Maintain L&F inventory supply Research and verify the validity of all information before release Collect lost items from terminals and various other areas of the airport grounds Audit daily operations to ensure tasks are completed accurately, timely, and within carrier standards and guidelines Coach, counsel, and if required, initiate termination of employee relationships & address employee relations issues Photograph and log items Manage movement of goods and materials Receive, count, document, and secure items in a lockable container such as a safe Required Skills: Strong leadership abilities Excellent focus on customer service and client satisfaction Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Good listening skills Thorough knowledge of SEA-TAC Airport operations Proactive and forward-thinking Well organized with strong planning skills Impeccable appearance and professional business presentation Dependable and reliable Self-confident Team player Ability to solve complex operational problems Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and basic typing Ability to work independently and overtime or varied hours as needed Required Experience: At least 18 months of lost and found experience preferred Ability to work weekends and holidays Strong customer and client satisfaction focus Ability to work harmoniously in a team environment Leadership qualities combined with team spirit Ability to work under pressure Knowledge of airport operations and problem-solving within the operation Experience with computer and typing Ability to control labor costs and manage budgets Basic math skills Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 70 lbs Frequent interaction with passengers and management Constant use of telephone and computer systems Education:
