$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr About the Role
Seeking a senior sales executive to lead overall US residential product sales across multiple channels: Direct-to-Consumer, eCommerce, big box retailers, commercial, builder, and specialty/traditional retail. This executive will balance eCommerce expertise, retail leadership, strategic planning, and team development to drive revenue growth, profitability, and exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Develop and execute eCommerce, in-store, and specialty retail sales strategies to meet company objectives. Set long-term goals, KPIs, and action plans for online and retail sales; regularly forecast and report on sales and budgets. Lead, mentor, and build high-performing multi-channel sales teams. Own profit and loss responsibilities across all sales divisions; drive cost-effective operations. Develop and implement an integrated omnichannel strategy to unify digital and in-store experiences. Analyze sales performance and leverage data insights for continuous optimization. Build and manage relationships with major online partners (e.g. Amazon, Wayfair, Build.com) and big box or specialty retail accounts. Stay ahead of retail trends, technology, and competition; lead innovative sales initiatives. Enforce IMAP and authorized reseller policies, particularly regarding marketplaces.
Must Have Experience
10-15 years in sales and/or marketing leadership across both eCommerce and retail channels (big box, D2C, online marketplaces). At least 5 years of direct, hands-on D2C eCommerce sales leadership and process management. Significant, recent experience managing accounts and driving results with partners such as Amazon, Wayfair, Build.com, Overstock, major D2C websites, and eCommerce divisions of national retailers. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's preferred. Demonstrated expertise in sales pipelines, CRM, digital marketing tools, and omnichannel customer journey design.

Outstanding team leadership and mentoring. Ability to set, analyze, and achieve financial targets. Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration. Deep knowledge of consumer behavior and the competitive eCommerce/retail landscape. Technology proficiency (leading eCommerce platforms, SEO/SEM tools, sales optimization technology).
Additional Requirements
Willingness and ability to travel 30-50%, including overnights and some weekends. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to lift 50 lbs. and work at heights of up to 25' with ladders preferred.
Desired Skills and Experience
10-15 years of leadership experience in both eCommerce and retail sales, including a minimum of 5 years in D2C eCommerce management. Hands-on experience managing key accounts with Amazon, Wayfair, Build.com, Overstock, and national retailer eCommerce divisions.
