IAM Systems Administrator - CyberArk PAM

Remote (east coast preferred). Apex Systems is seeking an IAM Systems Administrator for the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) tool for a financial services client. This role is responsible for the administration, operational support, and continuous optimization of the CyberArk PAM platform, including secure management of privileged credentials, secrets, and session activity across hybrid infrastructure (cloud and on-prem). The goal is to enforce least-privilege, Zero Standing Privileges (ZSP), and Just-in-Time (JIT) access models. Responsibilities

Operate and maintain CyberArk Privileged Cloud environments Onboard and manage privileged accounts, safes, secrets, and credentials using PVWA, PSM, and CPM Troubleshoot issues related to safes, password rotation, and policies Ensure healthy integrations with platforms such as Windows, Linux, databases, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) Monitor CyberArk component health and performance Configure and enforce privileged access security policies Integrate CyberArk with SIEM, ITSM, and other enterprise tools Collaborate with internal teams to meet audit and compliance requirements Maintain documentation and support audit activities Qualifications

2+ years hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM CyberArk certification Experience onboarding/configuring accounts, safes, and policies Strong understanding of IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, and RBAC Familiarity with CyberArk components PVWA, PSM, CPM, and Conjur Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Equal Opportunity Employer
