Advantage Ambulance is a BLS and CCT (Critical Care Transport) ambulance provider headquartered in Riverside, California. With operations in both San Diego & Riverside. About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Image Manager to join our team at Advantage Ambulance. This role will be responsible to oversee and shape our public perception, brand, identity, and visual representation. In this role, you will ensure that our team members and ambulances consistently reflect Advantage's values, mission, and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and enforce uniform and grooming standards for all employees Conduct regular inspections of staff appearance and provide coaching or corrective guidance Oversee the exterior and interior presentation of ambulances, ensuring cleanliness, proper branding, and safety decals Partner with HR, Operations, and Marketing to align image standards with organizational culture and objectives Coordinate training sessions on image best practices and conduct periodic refresher workshops Audit and report on image-related metrics (compliance rates, public feedback, incident reports) Advise leadership on opportunities to enhance brand perception at events, presentations, and in media Requirements:

A degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Design, or related field Significant work experience may substitute for academic achievement 2+ years of experience in brand or image management, preferably within healthcare, public service, or logistics Strong eye for detail and aesthetic consistency Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills Ability to interpret and enforce policy fairly and diplomatically Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments We offer:
