Food Service Utility Position
We are hiring immediately for a full time and part time Food Service Utility position. Location: Episcopal School of Knoxville - 950 Episcopal School Way, Knoxville, TN 37932 Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time/part time; Monday - Friday, more details upon interview. Requirement: Prior experience with food safety, prep, and sanitation is highly preferred. Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour. Free meals, uniforms and laundering service available at select locations. Maintains kitchen work areas, and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly. Essential duties and responsibilities include: sweeping and mopping floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards, washing worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces, removing trash and placing it into designated containers, steam cleaning or hosing out garbage cans, transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, assisting with banquet table and front of the house set up, assisting with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product, distributing supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed, complying with outlined sanitation and safety requirements, and performing other duties as assigned.
