Job Title: Pantry Coordinator

Pay Details: The starting hourly rate for this position is $24.00 per hour. The Suite Pantry Coordinator is responsible for ensuring quality, hospitality and customer service. They are responsible for general operation of the Suite kitchen; which includes, but is not limited to, monitoring and directing the Suite runners, expediting guest orders, monitoring hold times, ensuring food quality, general cleaning of the Suite kitchen. The Pantry Coordinator works closely with the Suite supervisor/ manager to resolve any food or product issues, maintain order flow, guest satisfaction, and promote a safe and productive environment for all team members. Responsibilities Ensure food quality and customer service through the monitoring and direction of team members

Direct any non-F&B related inquiries to the correct entity and/or personnel

Monitor and maintain food quality and hold times

Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments

Organize and monitor staff for preparation before, during and after event

Direct the set-up prep, service and breakdown of the Suite kitchen

Expedite guest orders

Monitor and enforce safety and sanitary policies and procedures

Monitor and enforce product storage, organization, and rotation

Direct and support the general cleaning of the Suite kitchen

Be comfortable with the arena and know how to navigate personally, as well as assist guests

Work with counterparts of operation to ensure event standards of service are reached

Help maintain and ensure excellent customer service

Support any other Food & Beverage departments as needed

Other tasks as assigned by supervisors and/ or managers

Skills High school diploma, GED or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required

At least one year experience in a food and beverage background preferred

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multi-task

A strong attention to detail and proven customer service skills

Exceptional organization and prioritization is a must

Schedule flexibility and availability

Must be able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
