Schedule procedures, call in prescriptions, manage preauthorizations, and coordinate care with outside specialists. Document all clinical interactions accurately in the EMR (EMA ModMed). Maintain patient privacy and compliance with HIPAA standards. Facility & Equipment Oversight

Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked. Oversee the maintenance and documentation of all medical equipment and ensure the proper disposal of expired medications. Manage sample medication inventory and enforce safety protocols.
