Email Marketing Manager
will be responsible for providing overall support for the Email Marketing Team. This person will report to the Senior Director of Email Marketing and will manage email operations from start to finish including development of design, templates, campaign HTML/CSS, campaign set-up and execution through to reporting on performance. This role will collaborate with the global team on best practices and strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement through promotional, triggered, and lifecycle marketing campaigns. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Manage promotional and transactional email communications from start to finish. Strong technical background, ability to work in Excel spreadsheets, strong HTML coding knowledge with the ability to include dynamic personalization and elements within emails using liquid scripting. Manage campaign calendar, timelines and creative requests, collaborate with various teams to source information and assets required for launch and ensure assets are being delivered in a timely manner to facilitate the review process with stakeholders. Drive mobile design and innovation; ensure emails are viewable on mobile devices, rendering without issues and templates are up to industry standards. Develop email contact strategy around promotional cadence as well as segmentation. Drive campaign optimization through A/B testing Strong knowledge of industry trends, email best practices and how they apply to the email template Concept ways to improve performance via email campaigns and build out campaign briefs for innovative programs and journeys that will drive incremental revenue. Work as part of a global team and ensure brand standards are met in email communication This description reflects managements assignment of essential functions, it does not restrict other tasks that may be assigned Qualifications
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field. 5-8 years experience working in the email marketing field. Experience using enterprise ESP platforms, experience with Zeta Marketing Platform and Movable Ink preferred. Proven ability to connect strategic objectives to tactical implementation. Strong analytical skills to understand the customer database and develop segmentation strategies Ability to work efficiently and accurately meet deadlines. Strong written and communication skills. Self-motivated, highly collaborative and energetic individual with a high level of initiative and thrives working in a fast-paced, challenging digital environment.
