Adventist Health Central California Network is actively seeking a mission-minded, Board Certified/Board Eligible General Urologist to join our well-established, growing team in Bakersfield, California. This is an outstanding full-time opportunity to practice within a clinic-based model with scheduled call, delivering compassionate, high-quality care to both urban and underserved rural communities.
Position Highlights
General urology practice with the flexibility to tailor subspecialty interests
Collaborative environment with full surgical and specialty support
Mix of clinic, inpatient consults, and OR time
Opportunity for clinic-based procedures and minimally invasive surgeries
Responsibilities
Provide urologic care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Conduct new patient evaluations, post-operative care, and chronic disease management
Perform urologic procedures and surgeries
Collaborate closely with surgical, hospitalist, and primary care teams
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $650,000–$750,000 (inclusive of call and clinic responsibilities)
Employed position through Adventist Health Medical Group (AHMG)

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
California medical license or eligibility to obtain
