Senior Manager Of Business Development

Our client, a leader in petroleum POS solutions, is expanding into the U.S. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development to lead U.S. market penetration, reporting directly to the Commercial Senior Director and dotted-line to the Sales Director. This is a true ground-up business development role focused on go-to-market strategy, value proposition development, and high-impact sales execution across retail, fuel, and convenience sectors. Key Responsibilities: Own and execute the U.S. go-to-market strategy for POS Prospect, pitch, and build relationships with distributors, independent retailers, and oil majors Communicate and sell to IT leaders in the petroleum and retail sectors Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and Canadian HQ teams to ensure market alignment Educate distributor networks on Bullochs value and drive product adoption Travel nationally as needed (mainly Central and Eastern U.S.) Key Traits: Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset Strategic thinker with the ability to operate independently Strong cross-functional communicator and relationship builder Experience selling to or working within retail convenience/fuel industries We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
