Overview
Senior Manager, Events & Partnership Marketing Were seeking a strategic, experienced leader to plan and execute event programs and strategic industry partnerships. This high-impact role will drive our presence across owned, sponsored, and partner-led events, while cultivating co-marketing opportunities that accelerate pipeline growth and elevate brand leadership. Youll collaborate with senior executives, Sales, Demand Generation, and external partners to create compelling, high-touch experiences and amplify our influence across key accounts and industry organizations. Responsibilities
Own and manage the annual events calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ICP targeting. Lead the execution of industry sponsorships, executive roundtables, speaking engagements, webinars, and conferences. Define and report on KPIs including ROI, pipeline influence, and account engagement. Oversee logistics, budgets, vendors, and internal coordination to deliver exceptional event experiences. ABM-Aligned Programming
Design and execute curated experiencesexecutive roundtables, private dinners, and invite-only eventssupporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. Partner with Sales and Demand Gen to engage high-priority accounts with tailored messaging, follow-up, and gifting. Track key metrics such as ICP attendance, influenced pipeline, and opportunity conversion. Partnership Marketing
Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with CRE associations, technology partners, and industry influencers. Develop and execute joint marketing programs, including co-branded events, webinars, and content initiatives. Ensure consistent brand visibility and execution across all partnership touchpoints. Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Customer Success to align initiatives with GTM goals. Support senior executives in preparing for speaking opportunities and strategic industry engagements. Coordinate with Marketing Ops to ensure seamless lead capture and CRM integration. Collaborate on content development to highlight thought leadership and innovation. Required Skills
68+ years of B2B marketing experience, including hands-on event and partnership marketing in commercial real estate or related industries. Strong grasp of the commercial real estate ecosystem and relationship-driven sales models. Demonstrated success in driving results through events and co-marketing partnerships. Executive presence and excellent communication skills; comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders and external partners. Proactive mindset with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Compensation
$120-$135k base salary with bonus potential Seniority level
