Digital Marketing & It Support Intern
Apprenticely is working with our company partner, Era's Clinic to add a Digital Marketing Intern to their team in Fayetteville, Arkansas! Our Apprenticely Internship Program is a three-month program that places selected candidates with employers across Arkansas in IT positions to gain experience under the guidance of a professional mentor/IT support team. Internships are designed as an on-ramp to an IT career and can roll into full-time positions based on employer demand. Data Entry & Management: Accurately input patient, service, and operational data into our systems (EHR, spreadsheets, internal databases). Perform routine data quality checks and ensure records are up-to-date. Website Support: Assist with updating website content (e.g., service information, blog posts, announcements). Help ensure website accuracy, usability, and alignment with branding guidelines. IT & Technical Support: Provide first-line troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Assist with setup and maintenance of devices, printers, and other office tech. Support onboarding of staff onto new systems and tools. Administrative Support: Assist with special projects, file organization, and document formatting. Coordinate with vendors and partners for tech-related needs. Our Must Haves...
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Familiarity with website management tools (e.g., Webflow, Squarespace, Wix) a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
