Compliance Manager
Selectek is seeking qualified candidates to fill a Compliance Manager role with a partnering company near Woodstock, Georgia. The firm is looking for candidates to ensure all company operations comply with industry standards and regulations. Employment Type: Contract-to-direct Expected Pay Range: $29.00 to $41.00 hourly rate, depending on experience and certification Location: Woodstock, Georgia Job Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in compliance management/oversight Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, including NADCAP, AS9100 and ITAR Experience leading compliance initiatives and managing cross-functional teams In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the client's request. Job Details: Monitor and interpret customer and regulatory agency requirements Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines Review and update policies to reflect changing industry regulations and best practices Conduct training sessions to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices Perform regular audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement. Maintain records of compliance activities, audit findings, corrective actions, and regulatory correspondence.
