Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in

(required); Experience in user experience, process improvement, quality management or a related field (5 years); Experience working in a corporate environment (5 years); Experience with Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and their application in digital projects; Experience developing and executing digital strategies aligned with business goals; Experience with digital strategy tools; Project management experience; Journey mapping, process development experience; Experience with design thinking and human-centered design principles; Experience with both qualitative and quantitative user research methods usability testing in particular; Experience with Information Architecture (organizing and structuring content to enhance the user experience); Depth of experience in software development delivery/execution, especially within an agile framework; Experience having worked within cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders; Account management experience, such that they're able to help manage the personalities as much as the work itself; Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt certification with demonstrated experience in process improvement and quality methodologies.
Responsibilities: Analyze business process and practices in an effort to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives; Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify process improvements and eliminate waste in experience design workflows; Implement data-driven approaches to measure and optimize user experience outcomes; Collaborate with internal teams and other stakeholders to shape and drive a proactive strategic application vision; Partner with the Experience Architecture team to create and maintain HCD delivery driven process maps; Serve as an advocate to the needs of business partners and translate them into digital strategies; Facilitate communication between business partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
