Qlik View Architect

The QlikView Architect has 8-10 plus years’ of overall experience in design & development using QlikView tool suites, about 8 plus years’ experience with SQL and relational databases like SQL Server, and about 6-8 plus years of design and of reporting and analysis architectures. The QlikView architect will have an in-depth understanding of the BI, data warehouse, data mart, reporting & analysis, mobile analytics, data visualization, OLAP, dashboard concepts Responsibilities: • Using design techniques such as Story Boards to gather user requirements. • Designing dashboards, scorecards, reports and alerts/notifications for the presentation of business metrics according to business user requirements. • Managing multiple projects, global/virtual teams and leading design sessions • Assisting the team in troubleshooting report related problems and extensive performance tuning by analyzing and optimize SQL queries. • Managing the expectations for the testing, configuration and release management processes. • Creation and maintenance of conceptual, logical & physical data model design for enterprise data warehouse, data marts and other analytical applications • Creation and maintenance of data dictionary for data models Qualifications

Additional Information

• Conducting data profiling and data analysis on source and target systems. The data resides in a SAP BW environment and will be extracted into flat files. • Experience with various methodologies (e.g. Inmon, Kimball) for creation of data models for data warehouses and data marts
