Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for precision manufacturing and customer success? Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a well-established metal fabrication company in the Bloomington area to find a skilled Estimator to join their Sales & Marketing team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a company known for innovation, quality, and strong OEM partnerships. What Youll Do: Analyze customer CAD drawings and technical documentation to develop accurate quotes aligned with internal capabilities. Convert quotes into production-ready documentation and support the quality review process. Lead pricing strategies and process improvements to drive profitability and competitiveness. Manage and grow OEM customer relationships through strategic engagement and excellent service. Maintain accurate forecasts, project updates, and CRM data to support team and leadership visibility. Use Epicor ERP (or similar systems) for quoting, estimating, and account management tasks. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer expectations and support new product opportunities. What Were Looking For: Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience with OEM clients in steel metal manufacturing. Strong background in estimating and consultative sales support. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; Epicor experience is a plus.
