Functional Consultant Help Desk
Location: Springfield, VA Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI. Must be able to pass CI Poly Job Summary
Hive Group is seeking a technical consultant to provide technical support to our Federal government customers. This individual will work directly with clients to understand key elements of client business processes and then work onsite to implement and operate software products and service offerings by performing key tasks. They will thrive on their personal and direct contributions that help our clients achieve substantial benefits from our suite of software products. Key Responsibilities
Triaging and remediating tickets Handling ticket escalations Generating reports and conducting analysis of Help Desk activities Communicating with technical and functional teams to remediate issues Communicating with Government users and Stakeholder teams to discuss tickets, outstanding issues, workarounds, and resolutions Supporting configuration management process Qualifications
BA or BS degree, or currently working towards a degree, required One or more years' experience supporting software solutions such as acquisition systems for government, preferred Experience in developing SQL queries, preferred Experience in testing, training, configuration management, and organizational change management, preferred Experience in functional implementation and/or maintenance of financial system interfaces, preferred Self-starter, quick learner, and team player Experience in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word Physical Requirements
