Oversee the delivery of technology projects, ensuring adherence to methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, and mentoring team members. Drive continuous improvement and innovation, applying research, analysis, and best practices to advance processes and solutions. Manage complex technical initiatives, providing expert guidance, resolving issues, and achieving performance objectives across client service, risk management, and team development. Engage actively with clients, leading workstreams, and identifying opportunities to expand services. Spearhead RFP responses and manage engagement economics, including resource planning and budgeting. Travel as required to meet client needs and project demands. Qualifications and Skills
A Bachelors degree. 4 years of relevant experience working with one or more SAP modules with full-cycle implementations inside your core module. Specialized skills in Data Migration, Data Governance, Enterprise IT Architecture, Master Data Management, and/or other data management disciplines. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Experience managing SAP data projects or workstreams and leading project-based team members. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. A willingness to travel to meet client needs. Ideally, youll also have
Experience with Data Migration, Master Data Governance, Data Analytics and/or data quality programs across SAP landscapes. Additional qualifications or certifications in SAP data management tools or project leadership. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving client data issues. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youll be rewarded based on your performance. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $125,500 to $230,200. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $150,700 to $261,600. Individual salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
