What Youll Do
Design, prototype, and scale AI-native applications and agents that deliver business impact. Build across the full stack: front-end (React, TypeScript), backend (Python, Node.js, Go), APIs, databases ( SQL /NoSQL/vector stores). Develop and optimize LLM-powered workflows including RAG patterns, embeddings, multi-agent orchestration, and context management. Architect and maintain infrastructure CI / CD , Kubernetes, cloud services, and observability. Balance innovation with pragmatismquickly move from proof-of-concept to production with attention to scalability, security, and maintainability. Optimize AI systems for performance, accuracy, latency, and cost tradeoffs. Collaborate with customers,engineers, product managers, and designers to translate experimentation into robust features. Stay hands-on with developer-first tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, and others to accelerate productivity. About You
5 + years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years building AI-powered systems. Strong full-stack expertise: front-end (React, TypeScript, modern frameworks), backend (Python/Node.js/Go), and databases ( SQL , NoSQL, vector DBs). Familiarity with AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar). Experience with cloud-native infrastructure ( AWS /Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, CI / CD pipelines, monitoring, and scaling systems. Knowledge of LLM lifecycleprompting, evaluation, fine-tuning, RAG , embeddings, and agent design. Pragmatic mindsetyou know AI requires testing, observability, and fallback logic, not just prompts.
