About the job youre considering This role is responsible for the delivery and subject matter expertise on Engineering with focus on PLM, CAD, CAE and Simulations. Act as a primary liaison with Client Engineering Manager in handling business critical issues, planning and coordination. Your role Manage ADM support and enhancement services for Engineering applications

Partner with IT management to deliver continuous value and showcase Capgeminis capabilities

Lead support services and collaborate with Capgemini global application support teams across Engineering & Non-Engineering application portfolio

Manage user interaction, escalations, problem resolution and root cause analysis

Your skills and experience Experience in technical leadership roles with hands on experience in PLM, Siemens Teamcenter Enterprise, CAD, CAx/CAE, Simulations, Matlab, Doors

Functional expertise in PLM applications with deep understanding of the workflows and integration

Experience in troubleshooting PLM and Engineering applications both custom and Siemens applications

Strong analytical skills and experience in project lifecycle

Ability to build business relationships, internalize business requirements and interact with users at various levels
