Conference Registration Partner

Conference Registration Partners (CRP) are client-facing and focused on driving increased utilization of outstanding tickets that are issued to Gartner clients or are purchased stand alone. This allows the Conference Attendance Sales associate (CAS) to spend their time on revenue generating activities which will result in increased CAS sales and productivity. What You Will Do: Establish and maintain CAS and Research Account Executive relationships within territory Conduct Account Planning sessions with account team Work with ticketholders to align them to the proper conference based on their role and initiatives, help them get registered and plan their conference agenda During ticketholder conversations, uncover potential upsell opportunities and ask for referrals to forward on to the CAS CRP associates will be primarily measured on the level of increased ticket utilization What You Will Need: Bachelor's degree preferred 0-4 years of business experience OR entry-level with strong internship experience Experience working with senior level executives preferred Who You Are: Comfortable selling to, influencing and building trust-based, value-added relationships with senior executives Teachable, flexible, and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement Able to demonstrate integrity, drive and natural curiosity At Gartner, Inc., we guide the leaders who shape the world.
