What You Will Do
Provide onsite support for the quality, environmental, health, and safety team at the assigned facility or region. Investigate issues using internal tools, collaborate with multiple teams to conduct root cause analysis, and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions. Travel to regional branches at least once per quarter, primarily for day trips with occasional overnight stays (10-15%) Conduct QEHS inspections and audits of facilities and processes, working with local teams to address any findings or concerns. Promote a culture focused on quality, environmental, and safety standards. Deliver training on QEHS topics, including safety toolbox talks and stand-downs. Serve as the primary PIT (forklift etc.) trainer for the region. Support the training of new warehouse associates. Use data analytics tools to identify and resolve issues. Work collaboratively with facility supervisors and leadership. Work within our ticketing email platform to address reported issues or requests for support. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
What You Will Bring
Electrical, Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred but not required Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is preferred but not required Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 14001:2015 is preferred but not required 1+ years of warehouse experience is required. High School diploma or G.E.D.; or 2-4 Years of related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements And Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear. Required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance. Lift and/or move 10 pounds and may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Work hours:
Shift 7:00am-3:30PM, occasional early or late shift support.
Salary Range
This is a non-exempt position and pays between $23.51 $31.36 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
