Personalization & Journey Optimization Strategist

We are seeking a forward-thinking Personalization & Journey Optimization Strategist to lead the design, execution, and optimization of personalized digital experiences that drive measurable improvements in customer journeys and conversion outcomes. This hybrid role combines the strategic use of personalization technologies (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, Sitecore) with conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies to deliver seamless, relevant, and high-performing digital experiences across web, mobile, and email. Key Responsibilities

Personalization Strategy & Execution Develop and manage a roadmap of personalized experiences across digital touchpoints, aligned with customer journey stages and business goals. Use tools like Salesforce MCP and Sitecore XMCloud to deliver real-time, behavior-based content and messaging. Partner with stakeholders across marketing, user experience, CRM, and product teams to ensure personalization is consistent and impactful across channels. Journey & Funnel Optimization Analyze user journeys to identify friction points and drop-offs using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar. Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion paths, CTAs, and personalized content. Continuously refine experiences based on behavioral data, test results, and customer feedback. Data & Insights Define and track KPIs related to personalization impact, journey performance, and conversion lift. Collaborate with analytics teams to build dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights. Translate data into hypotheses and testable ideas that improve both user experience and business performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a bridge across business and execution teams to bring personalized, optimized experiences to life. Evangelize personalization and CRO best practices across the organization. Qualifications

4+ years of experience in digital marketing, personalization, CRO, or customer experience roles. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio/MCP) is required. Familiarity with other personalization platforms is a plus. Experience with A/B testing platforms and methodologies. Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and behavioral targeting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics or PowerBI. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
