Role: SAP Open text (VIM) Consultant Location: Rochester, NY Duration: Full-Time Required Skills: SAP VIM Job Description: What you'll do: Design effective solutions and configurations for SAP VIM Configure document types, workflows, and SAP module integrations (MM, SD, Ariba) Customize workflows, reports, and resolve VIM exceptions Integrate SAP VIM with OCR tools and Enterprise Scan systems Conduct comprehensive testing (FUT, TUT) and maintain documentation Develop analytics and dashboards to track invoice performance and KPIs Train end users and provide support on SAP FICO & PS modules Resolve P1 & P2 incidents with functional and technical support Collaborate with SAP Functional/Technical consultants for seamless module integration
What we're looking for:
Strong experience in SAP OpenText VIM & Accounts Payable Proven ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions Hands-on experience with FSD, FDD, WRICEF objects, and SOPs Excellent communication, testing, and documentation skills Ability to work onsite in Rochester, NY
