Fire Alarm Manager

Shambaugh & Son is looking for a Fire Alarm Manager. In this position you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Fire Alarm Division. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the growth of a regional Fire Alarm Department (Kalamazoo & South Bend) Ability to sell and execute projects. Review inspection reporting and price deficiencies as required. Responsible for the ordering of all Fire Alarm parts Responsible for the hiring and management of Fire Alarm Technicians. Manage all personnel and projects in the Division. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 5 years' experience in Fire Alarm Expert level estimating and job costing experience preferred Experience in working with General Contractors Experience in high paced work environment. Ability to communicate well with others and lead a team NIET II or willingness to obtain Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required EMCOR Group and its companies list open positions here.
