Proactively identify and pursue new project leads, RFPs, and client partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, developers, architects, and consultants Attend industry networking events, conferences, and trade shows to raise company visibility Track regional market trends and construction activity to identify new opportunities Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams to develop competitive proposals Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and regularly report on business development activity MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
