Overview

Kloo Coffee is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth across retail, hospitality, and community channels while elevating brand awareness through culturally relevant, trend-forward initiatives. The ideal candidate is in the know — with strong instincts for what’s cool and emerging — and brings experience from fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands, in addition to consumer products.

Key Responsibilities

  • In-Store Marketing: Manage and scale product demos, including oversight of internal and third-party demo resources
  • Lead sales across grocery, coffee shops, hotels, membership clubs, and subscription boxes
  • Drive store visits, attend trade shows, and secure new account wins
  • Brand Partnerships: Source and execute collaborations with culturally aligned, aspirational brands
  • Community Engagement: Design and host events that foster authentic connection and elevate brand presence
  • Digital & Social: Contribute to social media strategy and oversee day-to-day content and engagement

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or brand management; background in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle strongly preferred
  • Deep awareness of cultural and consumer trends; ability to translate what’s cool into actionable brand opportunities
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable executing both strategy and hands-on tasks
  • Based in Los Angeles, with ability to travel regularly for store visits, events, and trade shows
