All About Food & Beverage

The Food & Beverage team ensures a consistent experience for our guests by maintaining product freshness, stock levels, accurate pricing, and proper signage. They lead operations related to food and beverage including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, and promotional signing.

The Role of a Starbucks Barista

This role offers the chance to develop skills such as guest service, food quality management, and adherence to food safety standards. Responsibilities include delivering excellent guest experiences, maintaining food safety and quality, executing food and beverage processes, supporting promotional activities, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude
• Good communication skills and ability to operate technology
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Resilience in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements

• Accurate cash handling
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 44 pounds, and work in varying temperatures
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
