This autonomous CRNA position follows a two-weeks-on, one-week-off schedule, with the first week mostly consisting of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. shifts. The second week includes on-call coverage Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The facility uses Cerner, operates two ORs and one scope room, and is staffed solely by three CRNAs.
