• Call Coverage: Cath Lab, Consultative service primarily phone calls from hospitalists or regional transferring facilities.
• Patient Volume: 10-20
• Rounding Included: Yes - W/ the support of APP resources.
• Support Staff: 3 RNs, 1 APP, 1 Office Staff
• Required Procedures/Duties: - IP Cardiology: ICU - Non-invasive: Echocardiography, TEE (Transesophageal Echo), Nuclear Cardiology (Cardiolyte, thallium, etc) & STEMI. - Reads IP echoes & nuclear studies as well as performs IP TEEs.
• Beds in the Dept: 30
• Trauma Level: I
• EMR: Cerner
• Travel, lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• MT License or willing to obtain
• BC/BE
• BLS
• Fellowship
