• Specialty Backup Available: Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), CRNA for anesthesia, Family Medicine MD for newborn care, 2 full-time OB/GYNs, and 2 consistent locums
• Support Staff Available: CNMs, CRNA, Family Medicine MD, OB/GYN colleagues
• Reason for Coverage: Vacancy until permanent hire is made

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Oregon medical license (willing to license if not held)
• Board: Board Certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology
• DEA: Active DEA required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in OB/GYN practice
• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with laparoscopic GYN cases

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including deliveries and surgical procedures
• Respond to 24-hour beeper call for emergent patient needs
• Perform required laparoscopic GYN cases
• Collaborate with CNMs, CRNA, Family Medicine MD, and other OB/GYN providers
• Manage patient care and documentation in Epic EMR system
