Fidelity is seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Equity & Fund Product Strategy to lead the business development and support of new and existing product initiatives to drive customer value, business outcomes, and brokerage innovation. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the direction of our equity and fund product offerings, collaborate across business units, and engage directly with senior leaders, clients, and industry partners. Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the equity product roadmap, aligning with client needs, market trends, and business priorities.
Drive cross-functional alignment and readiness for product deployment, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, and value proposition development.
Serve as a subject matter expert for equity markets and related financial instruments i.e. ETFs, providing insights to delivery teams and shaping digital and live channel experiences.
Represent Fidelity in market-facing engagements, offering thought leadership and strategic commentary to clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor and communicate regulatory, legislative, and competitive trends, ensuring the product strategy remains compliant yet innovative and forward-looking.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors and cross-enterprise business units to enhance product capabilities and reach.

Committed to furthering business and technical acumen
5+ years of financial services experience
3+ years of equity markets or relevant brokerage experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Series 7 preferred

The Team The Brokerage Product Strategy team is a dynamic, growth-focused group within the commercialization function. We are dedicated to identifying strategic opportunities that drive innovation and expand the brokerage business’s impact. Collaborating closely with our Self-directed segment team, our team ensures that clients have access to the right products and tools to achieve their investment goals. We also play a critical role in maintaining Fidelity’s competitive edge by enhancing existing products and developing new solutions that meet evolving market needs.
Certifications Category: Product Management
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
