Job description

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building innovative, competitive solutions that solve real customer problems and drive business results. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with fellow product managers, UX designers, engineering, sales, customer success, and professional services teams to shape and deliver best-in-class product experiences. You’ll be responsible for engaging directly with customers and sales people, researching and analyzing the market and competitors to identify and evaluate opportunities for new solutions across a range of industries. You will gather and prioritize product ideas, maintain strategic roadmaps, and define requirements and features. You will work with our engineering and configuration teams to rapidly prototype the solutions and validate and iterate on those prototypes with customers and sales. The ideal candidate is a market-focused, collaborative product manager with strong discovery and research skills, strategic thinking, and UX design instincts, with proven experience defining new products and delivering great user experiences in B2B software categories. Key responsibilities

Product Ownership: Take ownership across the full product lifecycle — shaping strategy, engaging with customers, driving execution, and delivering products that lead the market. Market and Customer Insights: Develop deep knowledge in your assigned markets, conduct market research and competitive analysis, engage directly with users to gather feedback and surface opportunities for innovation. Product Strategy and Roadmap Execution: Translate insights into actionable roadmaps, collaborate with stakeholders to bring the roadmap to life, monitor performance metrics for continuous improvement. Go-to-Market: Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to close gaps, validate pricing, and develop go-to-market strategies. Configuration and Solution Delivery: Collaborate with global configuration teams to implement solutions that meet client needs and reflect product strategy. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software product management, product design, or product analysis, ideally across multiple industries. Proven success leading a software product or project through its full lifecycle. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software use cases and industry contexts. Strong understanding of UX and usability best practices. Experience defining and delivering SaaS-based product solutions in a B2B context. Proficiency in market analysis, pricing strategies, and business modeling. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience (or 8+ years of relevant software experience). Hands-on experience working in Agile software development environments. Preferred qualifications

Experience in crisis, emergency, incident, or risk management domains. Background in user-centered design, UX research, or graphic design. Knowledge of software pricing models and go-to-market strategy development. Target base salary range: $86,500 USD - $173,000 USD. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
