The Legal Secretary supports assigned attorneys—including firm leadership—by providing professional and administrative assistance. Location: San Francisco, CA. Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours total Pay range: $82,000-105,000 Key Responsibilities

Handle confidential and sensitive information; resolve client issues via phone or in person Edit and prepare client bills Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and special events Coordinate meetings and prepare materials Compose and format legal documents and presentations Enter and edit time for billing Arrange domestic and international travel; manage reimbursements Collaborate on firm communications and presentations Screen calls and manage mail Support leadership and practice groups with administrative tasks Maintain physical and electronic filing systems Understand and apply firm policies and procedures Provide team support and perform duties based on attorney needs Qualifications

Skills & Abilities: High-quality client service Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in MS Office and legal document formatting Strong written and verbal communication Attention to detail and task efficiency Adaptability to changing priorities Analytical and problem-solving skills Discretion with confidential information Professionalism and ethical conduct Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures General office and document management skills Typing speed of 80 WPM Education: High School Diploma or GED required; AA/BA/BS or specialized training preferred. Bi-lingual skills are a plus. Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of administrative experience required.
