Digital Forensics Cybersecurity Advisor at BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON INTERNATIONAL (U.K.) LTD. Hybrid role based in Washington, DC, US. This position involves supporting digital forensics, investigating cybersecurity incidents, and advising on comprehensive digital forensics strategies. You will work with ARPA-H and Booz Allen teams to deliver high-quality technical guidance and support for government-funded research and development programs. What You’ll Work On

Work holistically across ARPA-H to support digital forensics and investigate cybersecurity incidents. Investigate physical and virtual assets to support security and integrity across Windows, MacOS, and iOS operating systems. Conduct investigations using Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, and common digital forensics tools. Work within Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to assess risk posture of technical projects. Identify and evaluate risks associated with ongoing technical projects and propose solutions to mitigate risks. Build strong relationships and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. Communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to varied audiences. Prerequisites / What You Have

5+ years of experience managing evidence collection, preservation, and chain of custody. 5+ years of experience in developing standard operating procedures and playbooks for conducting digital forensic investigations. Experience performing forensic imaging and analysis of physical/virtual devices. Experience coordinating with legal, privacy, and incident response teams during an investigation. Bachelor’s degree. Nice If You Have

7+ years of experience managing evidence collection, preservation, and chain of custody. 7+ years of experience in developing SOPs and playbooks for digital forensic investigations. Experience with U.S. government or R&D health organizations. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently or collaboratively. Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities; strong written and verbal communication skills. Master’s degree. Compensation & Benefits

This is a Hybrid role with Booz Allen. You may work on-site at Booz Allen or client facilities 20-50% of the time, as needed.
