Interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and ensure solutions meet needs. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery; participate in explore, configuration, unit testing, and testing cycles; document functional specifications for design gaps; assist clients in testing and deliver training prior to go-live; provide post go-live support. Stay current with annual SAP Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) functionality releases. Collaborate across workstreams (procurement, project systems, finance, quality management, production, materials management, warehouse management, supply chain, IBP) to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions. Skills And Attributes For Success
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities; proficient in defining technology business requirements and analysis. Experience in system configuration design and technology cost-benefit analysis. Excellent client relationship management and communication skills; ability to translate requirements into business solutions and manage configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree. Typically 2 - 4 years of experience with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM)/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). Strong technical skills in application functional design and asset management principles. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Ability and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40-60%. Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Prior consulting experience or deep functional expertise. SAP Certification(s). Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, mining and metal, or oil and gas (energy). Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of SAP Asset Management. Experience with additional licensed SAP or third-party tools (e.g., 3rd party planning and scheduling tools, MRO data governance tools, SAP service and asset management, field service management, RSH, asset performance management, spatial asset management, work clearance management, GEO framework, environmental health & safety).
