Overview

Commercial Strategy & Sales Operations Manager at Glanbia Nutritionals. This role drives the delivery of best-in-class commercial processes, systems and analytics, serving as a key link between sales, customer service, finance and PSM, and providing data-rich insights along with day-to-day support such as pricing and system usage optimization. Responsibilities

Lead the systemisation, automation, process enhancement and continuous improvement of the Commercial function. Oversee governance and continuous improvement of all sales tools (e.g., CRM, SAP, Master Data maintenance). Support the development of, and execute, the multi-year roadmap for the Commercial function that aligns product and sector strategies with customer and overall business strategies. Provide critical insights on the performance of the commercial organization, customers and markets. Act as the custodian of the pipeline management process and related reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a pipeline-oriented culture. Leverage insights and best practices to refine the design and implementation of sales management and go-to-market effectiveness within the Commercial function. Coordinate across key elements of the Commercial function, including: Commercial’s role in cross-functional processes (pricing, S&OP, information sharing, annual planning, etc.) Strategic development and ongoing usage of all commercial systems (CRM), sales methodologies and data analytics tools Definition and maintenance of the GN customer-segmentation model and segment strategy Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance, or related field, and 5+ years related experience Strong knowledge of C4C (CRM), SAP Analytics Cloud and Microsoft 365, particularly Excel Supervisory experience; this role will oversee 2-3 employees Ability to navigate a heavily matrixed organization to progress the commercial agenda Our protein systems have transformed the bar and beverage categories, bringing increased protein, cleaner labels and greater product functionality to market, with a direct presence in 21 countries and manufacturing facilities in the US, Germany and China, plus international sales and technical offices worldwide. For Illinois-based roles, the annual salary range is $98,000 - $115,000 plus an annual bonus. This range may not apply to other locations and actual salary is determined by skills, experience and comparisons to current roles.
